Needed: The will to get up, show up(to your living room) and never give up.
1. Prisoner Squats
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Supermans
4. V-ups
5. Squat Jump
6. Push-ups
7. Alternating forward lunges
8. Burpees
Perform 10 reps of each exercise. Rest as needed. Then, you'll do 9 of each exercise. Start at 10 and work your way down to 1 rep of each exercise.
