To change your life, start with one rep at a time! You need one set of dumbbells to complete this full-body workout. Perform all required sets and reps for each group. Rest for 30 seconds between each set. There will be a 2-minute rest session before you change exercise groups. (1) Dumbbell curl to press/ Dumbbell bent over row (2) Dumbbell goblet squat (3) Dumbbell upright row/ Push-ups (4) Dumbbell alternating forward lunges (5) Dumbbell bicep curl / Dumbbell standing overhead press
