A fitness assessment is a short workout to measure a person’s current physical fitness level. The workout contains a series of exercises for the major muscle groups (upper body, lower body, core) and one for conditioning. Using Alive's AI biometric and movement analysis software, the combination provides an overall view of muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular health to quantify a person's physical fitness level. In addition to quantifying physical fitness levels, assessments help identify strengths and weaknesses, can be used to make personalized training program recommendations, and to track progress.
