3:30 is the next challenge for Fittest Alive as we continue to develop.
Our mission is to encourage healthy lifestyles, performance, and longevity. Creating new habits and changing old ones is part of that process. Change occurs slowly and is hard to see. Focusing on systems (like a short daily workout), instead of goals, will help us persist until the rewards become reality.
The 3:30 challenge:
Push-ups - 30 seconds
Air squats - 30 seconds
Jumping jacks - 30 seconds
Try to complete as many reps as possible, at your own pace, in 30 seconds. Push yourself, but do so at your own limits. If you prefer to do push-ups on your knees...that is OK! If and when you complete the workout, you will be at the top of the "High Five" leaderboard. True results come from showing up day after day, not through a one time all-out effort that is not repeatable or sustainable.
The goal is daily discipline and consistency. Complete this short workout as many days as possible for 7 days. We will be working with you and check the "High Five" leaderboard to keep us motivated!
