Bodyweight exercises only. Full body workout, consisting of, 5 exercises. Stacked! Push ups, Prisoner Squats, Sit-Ups, Burpees, Jumping Jacks. Perform an exercise and then add on an exercise each round until you’ve completed all 5 exercises. Round 1- 5 reps each. Round 2- 15 reps each.
