Fittest Alive Challenge
Who is the fittest alive? Compete to complete the most reps with the best form. You will be scored on performance. You will perform a circuit of 4 exercises for time for 5s, 10s, 15s, 30s, 45s, and 60s. Push-ups, prisoner squats, burpees, and jumping jacks. Compete to be the fittest alive!
